About Marlan Schwartz, MD

Dr. Marlan Schwartz, a graduate of the Wake Forest School of Medicine (Bowman Gray School of Medicine), is a Board-Certified gynecologist and obstetrician. He is a Fellow of both the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the International College of Surgeons. He has also achieved certification in advanced operative laparoscopy by The Accreditation Council of Gynecologic Endoscopy. Dr. Schwartz is the immediate past Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital -Somerset. He is a specially trained robotic surgeon and has been a guest surgeon both here and abroad as well as having presented papers at several national and international conferences.
