We have been serving our neighbors in Morris County and Northern New Jersey continuously since 1971. Our practice has delivered over 20,000 babies and counting, while providing personalized, compassionate care for women through all stages of their lives.
We take pride in caring for women, their health concerns and well-being. it is our mission to help you feel comfortable and knowledgable in your health related concerns. All of our physicians and practitioners are board certified and committed to continued education. We want you to feel heard and confident that you are receiving the best.
As you come into our office, our friendly staff will great you and make you feel at ease. Our appointments are never rushed. We strive to create a protocol of care that exceeds your standards. Our staff has decades of combined experience to best serve you, the patient.

You have given us your trust and faith to guide you and your partner to the safe delivery of your child. We are humbled and respectful of this great responsibility. As part of our group’s commitment to ensure the best birth experience for you, we have one of our provider team on-call exclusively to deliver your baby at Morristown Medical Center. We believe that a medical professional should focus their best efforts to manage your labor in the Labor and Delivery Unit, not from their phone or office.
We, Drs. Valarezo, Bissinger and our midwife, Ilona DeSantis, believe that pregnancy is a partnership. Together we are a formidable team. That is why we spend so much time during each visit getting to know each other, sharing our thoughts, knowledge and opinions. We might even share a few recipes or family stories along the way. But these visits are the foundation of our relationship and build the trust and bond that will carry us through the delivery of your baby safely. We are delighted watching those first moments when you and your partner become a family or increase your family size by bringing in a new member. This is the reason we do our job day and night with happiness and joy.
