Dr.Austin has excellent bedside manner and always takes the time to answer all questions/concerns. I have seen her exclusively for a few years now but have been a patient of the practice since 2010. The doctor was very professional. She sensitively described what she was going to do throughout the exam before any procedure was performed. She was a good listener, gentle, caring and had good eye contact. I am at high risk for breast cancer…she checked to make sure that I followed up with the referral that was made to Morristown Breast Associate’s at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She left no stone unturned and I greatly appreciated her thoroughness.
