Dr. Celeste Azevedo joined Morristown OB/GYN in 2022. She received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, graduate degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed her residency in OB/GYN at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She is certified as a da Vinci robotic surgeon. She enjoys taking care of women of all ages. Born and raised in NJ, outside of work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family in the Tri-state area.

Dr. Azevedo was a new doctor to me two years ago, when I learned that Dr. Sharafi had retired, so this is only the second time I have been seen by her. She is a very good doctor, who asks questions and provides lots of good information that is relevant to my circumstances. I am 69 years old and appreciate that she can adjust her bedside manner to accommodate an older woman with perhaps different needs and priorities than many of her younger patients. She is very knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend her to others seeking a caring and informative doctor.
