Dr. Celeste Azevedo joined Morristown OB/GYN in 2022. She received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, graduate degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed her residency in OB/GYN at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She is certified as a da Vinci robotic surgeon. She enjoys taking care of women of all ages. Born and raised in NJ, outside of work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family in the Tri-state area.

Annual Well Woman Exam

Experience with the doctor was great, but not the office & administrative processes. I completed the pre-check forms online & arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. Yet I was asked to fill out 10 pages worth of paperwork. At other doctors offices, if I have pre-checked in, there is literally no paperwork to do in the office. I then waited 45 minutes to be called in and another 25 minutes sitting in the exam room (after having been told to disrobe), to see the doctor.
