Dr. Shaw is a kind and compassionate doctor and she has a calming presence. She is very gentle with the examination and takes the time to address any concerns or questions. The nurses and receptionists are all friendly, helpful, and courteous and the wait time for appointments is minimal.

The office staff was pleasant and efficient. Very little waiting time. Billing for procedures not covered by my insurance was explained clearly. Doctor was prompt, and pleasant. She gave me several opportunities to ask questions and explained the pros and cons of tests I might be eligible to receive. The exam was completed quickly, but seemed thorough. A very easy and reassuring experience.

Highly satisfied with the doctor so she is a 5. The paperwork system used by the office is outdated and frustrating however and rates a 2. I filled out history online, then waited at the desk while one staffer couldn't get an electronic system to work and then was handed paperwork to manually fill out with all kinds of repetitive information filled out online and should already be in my record for many years of being a patient. Wasted the office staff, nurses, doctor and my time. Lifeline has always had a "different" system that has never been efficient, easy to access, up to date or given me the ability to access records in a timely or accurate way.
