Been going to your facility for a while now, however past few years was living in another state, therefore it has been a few years since I have been in the office. It was very nice coming back to the office. The staff is wonderful! I love Edita, she is always very thorough, informative, tentative. It is hard to find staff such as yours. Dr.Weiner is great also! He has helped me so much ever since first coming to your facility. It is always a nice experience when I come in. Also very helpful that blood is drawn during appointments, and everything is posted to a portal - as well as being able to communicate via portal if any additional questions should arise.

Lab Work

I called dr. office after 2 weeks of no results of lab work yet. Called dr. office left voicemail asking about status of results, and next day received email notification from Lab Corp. that lab work results were in, and then later that day received email notification from dr. office that message was in the portal with lab results. Coincidence? The same scenario happened the last time I had lab work done approximately 9 months ago. Not sure where the disconnect is between the timeframe of when the lab work results are ready and the office uploading to portal. I do not have this kind of lag time when I get bloodwork done through my primary care physician. However Edita was quick to return my call after leaving a voicemail with her about my HRT medication prescription renewal and that was very much appreciated. So not sure if this is a Lab Corp problem or a dr. office issue.
