The office staff was friendly and kind. When I walked in they were happily chatting with each other, which shows me they are in a good work environment where they are (hopefully) not stressed. Seeing happy workers makes me happy to be a patient. The tech professional who took my vitals was funny, sweet, and encouraging. I enjoyed having them as part of my care team. Aaaand my doc, Elena, is quite possibly the best medical professional I have ever had the privilege to see and I so wish she could be my doctor for other things too.

I made an appointment to see Elana Grann, NP to discuss current treatment of some para menopausal symptoms and treatment options for other symptoms. I am so happy that I met with Elana, she was extremely knowledgeable and hopeful and thoroughly described current Hormone Replacement treatments. She has been researching and studying the most current HRT studies and treatments. She is a true advocate for women’s health. She has a positive and kind demeanor, always greeting you with a big beautiful smile. I am lucky to have found her and appreciate her care.

Office is comfortable and welcoming. Office staff, nurse, and Elana are amazing. Elana takes the time to talk with you before hand, never rushing through any part of your visit. She explains each step of the exam even when you’ve done it before. This was my second time at this practice. Elana and everyone I have had experience with makes my annual trip to the gyno a comfortable experience. Thankful to have found this practice because another Lifeline office in the building was rude, dismissive, and said I wasn’t a patient after being one for 16 years.
