Theresa at the front desk became highly confrontational when I clarified that i do not use a cell phone. She tried to shame me and told me i was making everyone else’s life “difficult “ by my decisions. I was stunned- that she was actually reprimanding me. When i tried to respond, she got into a standing position and VERY LOUDLY declared “I’m walking away from you now” which I concurred was probably a smart decision. There were other employees around who appeared embarrassed and all apologized to me when she walked away. There were other patients who witnessed it too-and agreed they were treated similarly. It was shocking. However, no one seemed surprised when i voiced my concerns about her unprofessional behavior. Other than that-the appointment was great.
