Jamie graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelors of Arts in Biology. After graduating she worked in a laboratory at the National Institute of Health for 2 years. She then returned to school for nursing, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Pennsylvania, and continuing on to get her Masters degree in Nursing, with a concentration in Women’s Health and Nurse-Midwifery. She has been at Durham Women’s Center since 2012, and currently sees patients for gynecologic needs throughout the life span, from adolescence through menopause.

Jamie Rackoff is fantastic! She is polite, professional, and very knowledgeable of her skills! I feel very comfortable with her. She’s easy to talk to her. She explains everything that she finds out about my situation. She gives me examples and tries to find the best way to fix the situation either by medicine, or other means She’s been following up on my case since six months ago to see if she’s able to rectify the problem I’m having as a 72 year-old woman. I am not mentioning my particular “ vaginal problem, but she has reached my opinion of 100% success! I feel much better. She also Will work with me if I have any questions or problems that need to be solved. I look forward to my visit next year and hope that she’s still with your group. She is an asset to the group. !
