The only complaint I have is he did not ask me if his intern can come in the room. Never introduced her. It would have been nice to have been asked in advance. It is a personal and uncomfortable visit as it is.

Love Dr Feltz, have been with him for about 35years. The only issue I have with this office is the phone service. It takes forever to get someone to answer and then you are put on hold until someone finally gets back on. Then when you get someone and tell them you waited on the phone for 15 minutes they tell you it is a busy time of the day for them. I would believe that if it happened once or twice, not every single time I call. If I was not so loyal to Dr Feltz I would have moved on. No issues with anyone being rude because no one is, it is just the wait time when calling in. I dread calling in for an appointment but Dr Feltz is worth it.

Dr Feltz is an incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate doctor who puts patient first and who not only provides sound solutions but an action plan to achieve them. He truly cares about the whole patient. Dr Fritz is a 5-star physician, however The waiting time was over an hour which is the only thing that made the overall review a 4 not a 5
