The woman who greeted me at the front desk was friendly and professional. After completing the forms I was given i waited less than 30 seconds to be seen. The woman who brought me in the exam room was also friendly and informative. Waiting very briefly for Dr Hersh to come in. My exam with Dr Hersh and the PA was friendly and informative and was a quick exam with out feeling rushed. All in all a very nice experience.

Very unhappy that there was no understanding on being late by 18 minutes. I took time out from work to make it here and was asked to rechedule y appt 2 weeks out. Dr. Hersh as is always great. The staff is aware that there are parking issues. I was not aware of this and the construction on the 287 would delay me. This is not my normal route or office I visit.
