Excellent doctor. Dr. O'Brien takes time to talk with me. I don't feel rushed. She has a good bedside manner as well. The office is efficient from a patient point of view. Minimal wait time.

I was extremely pleased with Dr. O'Brian. She made a routine visit comfortable and pleasant. The front desk was also friendly. The only thing I can not stand about the office is the cape and drape coverage. Honestly, can't you be considerate and purchase a full gown for women????

not able to schedule yearly office visits 12 months in advance which causes delays year after year . exams are supposed to be every 12 months not 16-18 months.

My only dissatisfaction was with the scheduling & rescheduling of my appointment. Somehow, I was slotted for an afternoon appt and could not change it. Some of the details in my chart were entered incorrectly (my height & weight are recorded incorrectly.) Otherwise, my time with Dr O’Brien was very helpful, open — she’s always been very direct and I appreciate her candid approach to my questions about menopause, products available and pros & cons.
