Dr. Grove has the most wonderful bedside manner! It is like sitting down with one of your best friends for a chat. She listens and always has an answer for every one of my questions. For an appointment like a Pap smear, I don't usually look forward to it, but with Dr. Grove, she makes me feel so at ease and everything goes so smoothly.

Dr. Grove addressed my questions with patience and provided clear explanations. I did not rate her "highly satisfied" because I get the sense that she is rushed and doesn't give me as much attention and care as my previous, now retired, doctor. Specifically, I had an oophorectomy last fall and I didn't get a clear answer on why only 1 ovary was removed. I feel she should have offered to take both ovaries along with providing the pros and cons.

Gave 4 instead of 5 only because the doctor was running late due to an emergency. The Wescott Drive office is nicer than the Branchburg office but Branchburg is more convenient for me...but that's ok. Dr. Grove is very thorough and listens well.
