Dr. Chavez joined All About Women in 2011. She is originally from El Paso, Texas, is married, and has two children. She received her BS and MD degrees from the University of Connecticut. She completed her residency at Christiana Care, where she served as the administrative chief resident in her final year. Dr. Chavez is board certified and an ACOG fellow. She serves on Christiana’s Peer Review and Credentialing Committee.

Visit went fine. Dr. Chavez is a nice doctor. Ask questions pertaining to my health. She asked when was my last bone density test and I knew it was a while, she said she was going to have orders printed out for me to get a bone density test done.
