The receptionist, John, was pleasant and professional at both check-in and check-out. Sarah is delightful, and she is an excellent listener. I had two concerns that she addressed with me with clarity and kindness. I think it’s funny that at my age I have a nurse mid-wife providing my gynecological care, but I am VERY pleased that Sarah is directing my care team. Additionally, the nurses I have interacted with, Karen and Melissa, are responsive, prompt about returning calls, and equally personable and professional. I feel lucky to have been accepted as a patient to this practice.
