Dr. Kaufman is a diplomate of the College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and one of the founding fathers of Shore Area Ob/Gyn. Dr. Kaufman did his residency at Monmouth Medical Center and is a full attending physician there. He is actively involved with teaching medical students and residents and has been honored by them many times for his teaching skills with numerous awards. Dr. Kaufman is an assistant professor at Drexel University Medical School. He has served on the executive board of Monmouth Medical Center and been president of the Laborist Group, which is designed to ensure patient safety. r. Kaufman is proud to say that he has delivered thousands of babies over the years while maintaining a busy gynecology practice.
