About Briana Baldanza, NP
Briana Baldanza, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), with a deep passion for women’s health and holistic, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Ramapo College and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition to her role as a Nurse Practitioner, Briana continues to serve as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Hackensack University Medical Center, where she provides compassionate care to women during one of the most important moments of their lives. Her clinical experience spans prenatal and postpartum care, routine gynecological exams, contraceptive counseling, and support through all stages of a woman’s reproductive journey. Combining advanced clinical knowledge with a warm and empathetic approach, Briana is committed to empowering women through education, preventive care, and advocacy. She strives to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every patient feels respected, informed, and cared for.
