About Kathryn Nesci, NP

Katie is board certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner through the National Certification Corporation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Pace University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University. Katie began her career as a registered nurse, working in a variety of fields, but found her passion to be caring for women and their newborns as a labor and delivery RN. She worked at Monmouth Medical Center as a Labor and Delivery RN for years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining Generations OB/GYN, Katie worked as an NP caring for High-Risk OB patients. She provides comprehensive care to women of all ages, from adolescence to elder care. Katie is nationally certified as a lactation counselor and her special interests include breastfeeding and postpartum depression. Katie is also a proud wife and mother of 2 young children. When she is not working, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and traveling with her family.
