Tamara English, FNP

Tamara English is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Health Studies from Monmouth University, following her undergraduate education at New Jersey City University.

Tamara brings years of clinical experience in women’s health and internal medicine to her role at Women’s Health Alliance in Red Bank, NJ. Her practice focuses on providing high-quality, evidence-based care for women across the lifespan—from adolescence through post-menopause. She is skilled in managing both acute and chronic conditions, while emphasizing preventive health and patient education.

Tamara’s background includes nursing experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, including several years at Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel, NJ. Her holistic and compassionate approach allows her to build strong, trusting relationships with her patients. She is dedicated to fostering a comfortable and supportive environment in a small, personalized office setting.

Fluent in both English and Russian, Tamara is currently accepting new patients and offers telehealth appointments.

When not in the office, Tamara enjoys cooking healthy meals, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their two dogs.
