Gynecological Problem Visit

I waited an hour to see the doctor. 2:50 appointment and I saw the doctor at 3:50, with a no apology from the staff that the doctor was running late. Dr. Bissinger is the best. I’ve been with this practice for 17 years and have never had an issue before. I was very surprised at how the staff responded when I asked about my appointment time.

Dr.Bissinger has been my doctor for over 13 years. He’s an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. My last visit was in regards to perimenopause and he was very patient and listened to me and answered all of my questions. We went over different treatment options and chose one that was best for me. Overall I’ve never had a bad experience with this practice. The staff, the nurses and all of the doctors are excellent.

Dr. Bissinger answered my questions and explained/educated me on several issues that I was confused about such as why urinalysis and pap smears are no longer called for every year. He agreed to do the tests even though I wasn't due for them according to the new medical recommendations. He further educated me on bone health and provided me with resources to learn more about how to help prevent further bone loss in old age. He went above and beyond and demonstrated concern for all areas of my healthcare.
