Lauren was and always is very attentive, calm , gentle and caring. I never leave feeling unheard. I wanted a Pap smear due to history of issues and couldnt handle the anxiety of waiting another year to make the "recommended" 3 yrs. She made sure to calm me and make it happen. Very appreciative.
