About Sylwia Polak, MD
Dr. Polak is a native of New Jersey where she graduated from Wallington H.S. and moved onto Montclair State University for her undergraduate studies. She pursued her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine and then completed her OB/GYN residency at Mount Sinai South Nassau on Long Island where she was honored as Chief Resident. She has been practicing on Long Island for the past 4 years until deciding to move back home to New Jersey this summer. Dr. Polak is fluent in both English and Polish.
She has a passion for obstetrics and women’s health, while also being a strong believer in educating and helping women make informed decisions in regard to their healthcare and well-being.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. She loves to travel, try new cuisines and enjoys reading a good book.
