I arrived for my 12:45pm appointment, checked in and was promptly brought into the exam room. Dr. Lewis saw me within minutes and was very thorough and took the time to explain my recent test results as well. She answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. The front desk staff were also very polite. I was in and out of the office within 45 minutes!

I am generally satisfied, however sometimes I feel a bit rushed. I think Dr. Lewis is wonderful, and perhaps she feels rushed to have time with all her patients. I didn't get the chance to discuss the necessity for a bone density scan. I then received the prescription for it and wish I had had the chance to discuss it first. This reinforces the rushed feeling I get sometimes. The providers need to not be rushed, and the appointments should not be over booked.
