I am generally satisfied, however sometimes I feel a bit rushed. I think Dr. Lewis is wonderful, and perhaps she feels rushed to have time with all her patients. I didn't get the chance to discuss the necessity for a bone density scan. I then received the prescription for it and wish I had had the chance to discuss it first. This reinforces the rushed feeling I get sometimes. The providers need to not be rushed, and the appointments should not be over booked.

Dr Lewis was very late to come into the exam room. She seemed in a big hurry and at first didn’t even address me face to face but stood at the side of the exam table. I had to turn my head around to make eye contact with her. It was very strange. I felt like an interruption in her day. She wasn’t rude or anything just not engaged. The visit was over so quickly and then she flew out of the room. Not what I was expecting.

I was greeted pleasantly and taken in for my appointment with Dr Frieda at my appointment time. Nurse was sweet and thorough. Dr Frieda listened attentively and advised me as to my issue and provided a script for an Ultrasound. She set my mind at ease and was very caring.
