I discovered that last years visit I was not given a Pap smear- I thought that was a part of the annual but the nurse said that they can skip years - that was never said to me. That confused me. The dr was then late, which she apologized for but was very rushed. The experience just felt rushed and I’m not sure a Pap smear was done even this year. I’d like clarification on that.

I made an appointment just to check something to see if I had maybe a yeast infection or bv… this was my first time with Dr. Lewis ever and it was a terrible experience. She does not show an ounce of compassion in my opinion. I felt like I’m talking and she’s talking over me. Then when I get my results it’s specifically for stds instead so none of questions were answered since I said I was not exposed to a possible STDs.

Every person you interact with in the practice are always warm, kind, informative and patient. Dr. Lewis is caring and knowledgeable practitioner. She listens to your questions and concerns. She invites input to any suggestions and strategies she provides. I always feel heard and cared for which unfortunately is not the norm in medical practices today.
