I did all the pre-visit check in online, including uploading photos of my insurance cards. When I arrived I was asked for the cards because the uploaded photos were not sufficient/usable for the office's needed. If the office needs the actual cards to scan in office, then there should not be any option to upload OR there should be instructions to bring the cards regardless.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, promptly called, very short wait period. Sarah Eaton is lovely, professional, easy to talk to, honest, and makes me feel comfortable. The young woman, whose name I didn't catch, who took my blood pressure was also very nice and professional.

Gynecological Problem Visit

I had Dr.Eaton and she was incredible. She listened to all my concerns and helped me feel well-informed on what was realistic and not. She gave me all the answers to the questions I had and even what next steps I should take. She listened, and really made me feel heard and listened to.
