Dr. Potash is truly absolutely amazing. She made my first birthing experience truly seamless. My husband and I were so grateful we had her. She has such a calming presence and explain EVERY single thing to us throughout my labor. As a first time mom, I was so nervous I wasn’t going to understand how to push and she walked me through it! She made it very easy for me. Overall we would give Dr. Potash a 10/10. Truly a doctor who loves what she does and has phenomenal bedside manner. We cannot wait to hopefully have future experiences with her!

We were extremely pleased with Dr. Potash during my labor and delivery experience. She was very thorough and explained everything as it was happening. When my son was born, the cord was wrapped around his neck multiple times. She kept her composure and jumped into action to ensure his safety. My husband saw how she handled everything and was extremely impressed. We are very grateful to her.

Post-Partum Appointment

I had to wait 45 minutes because they double booked 2 post partum appointments, I had my daughter there with my mom waiting outside for us and thought that since it was a post partum appointment the front desk would have realized I had a 6 week old that needed me. So this was frustrating as a 10 minute appointment ended up taking an hour and a half.. This was not a reflection on Dr. Potash.

I was extremely satisfied with the doctor and medical assistant. Dr. Sarah is absolutely wonderful! The front desk check in staff member, however, was very brusque and unhelpful. She seemed as if she’d rather be anywhere but there. Also, it was frustrating to have done the entire online check in only to have to redo everything I had already done online as hard copy paperwork on arrival to the office. I totally wasted 20 minutes of my own time at home doing the online check in.

The doctor was extremely condescending and asked me 3 times if I wanted to go on birth control and told me all my symptoms were “normal” instead of acknowledging how much pain I’ve been in.
