Gynecological Problem Visit

First this provider gave me no hope of my fertility and spoke so fast she was difficult to understand. I felt very sad and discouraged leaving this office which is a horrible way for doctors to make patients feel. The office staff was rude and most importantly I NEVER got the emailed the lab script or the ultrasound script! I went for a large cyst on my ovary and she couldn’t care less. She wasn’t even up to date on all the new procedures that are offered for women with infertility issues. One would assume a professional in the field would at least have heard about these things. Never going back to this office.

Elana is fantastic! I’ve seen her before. She’s kind and charismatic and asks important questions. I’ve been in the same relationship for almost 10 years and she asked is he is good to me and treats me right - I think this is so important as the gyno office may be the only place a woman is asked that by a medical professional. She’s lovely :)
