Carolyn received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UMDNJ where she became a Johnson & Johnson Scholar. Carolyn also received a MSN Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University. Carolyn is always so friendly and easy to talk to. She is great at her job and makes sure she explains everything and makes you feel comfortable. I love her positive energy! We also found out I was pregnant together and she was genuinely so excited for me. I had some fears after having one miscarriage and she calmed me down and made me feel so much better. She answered all my questions and put me at ease.

Obstetrical (Pregnancy) Ultrasound / Sonogram

The Nurse Practitioner was extremely sweet and helped answer my questions to calm me down. My biggest complaint which is my only complaint is the ultra sound lady said "It looks like your baby stopped developing at around 4 weeks." Which caused me a great deal of stress as she didn't take into account I might not be as far into my pregnancy as originally listed since this was my first ultrasound and my periods are irregular. I thought I had already lost the baby when the Nurse Practitioner helped calm me down and ran blood work to see if my HCG levels would go up. This is my first pregnancy and it really messed with my mind mentally hearing that the baby stopped developing. especially if it isn't confirmed to be the case. If I wasn't able to view my blood work within 2 days of my visit I really would've been stressed out of my mind until my follow up appointment in two weeks.

Gynecological Problem Visit

Carolyn is a great listener and compassionate. As a physician, I’m highly observant to the bedside manner that my own providers have and I give Carolyn a 10!

Office Visit / Follow-up

My experience at my follow-up appointment left me feeling extremely supported. Carolyn is not only an amazing NP, but she’s an incredible person. As her patient I feel understood and safe. I really appreciate the approach she takes when explaining my symptoms and treatment. I always walk out of my appointments with more knowledge on my condition and I take her advice seriously.

Carolyn needs to work on her time management. A 10 minute routine check should have been conducted before a procedure on another patient. Waiting 45 minutes in the exam room is not acceptable. This is my second time scheduled with Carolyn and the second time she made me wait an extreme amount of time. I will never schedule with her again.
