    I would be considerably more satisfied if the office would follow through with what they have indicated. Patti is a fantastic provider and the medical assistant Tiffany who helped me that day was wonderful as well. T Overall the office needs to get it together. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years and now I can’t even get calls back for important matters like abnormal mammogram results. This is not a reflection of Patti, but it does reflect very poorly on the practice because she wasn’t even aware of what happened. Honestly, if Patti was no longer with the practice I would absolutely leave because the care over the last 5 years has gone down the drain in a very sad, upsetting way. People like Patti and Tiffany care about patients but the rest of you are driving patients away. Respond to important messages and actually read the things sent to you. Know that your “worried patient” has a vicious family history of breast cancer before you have a nurse call who has no clue what she’s talking about because she didn’t read the clinical notes from the other provider. Get it together, you’re better than this, so please for heaven’s sake ACT LIKE IT!
