Breast Ultrasound

I very much like that I can go to 1 location and have my wellness exam, mammo and ultrasound. I'm glad that it was decided to do a full mammo and ultrasound of both breasts to get a new baseline. The staff were all pleasant. Dr. DeFalco was personable, professional, and knowledgeable, as always. I'd have given 5 stars except for the following: I was concerned my visit would be incomplete due to a phone call I received that morning indicating there were inconsistencies in my past images (this is why it was decided to do a full ultrasound); I had to wait quite a while before being checked in upon arrival (sounds like a new system was implemented!); I received a call today that I have to go back again for even more imaging (a concern from a cost standpoint as well as from a scheduling perspective).

I had an appointment with Kelly and it was changed. When I showed up I was told it was changed and I should of been called. I never received a call, had a missed call, or message from the office. I ask if the date and time was recorded in my file and was told they didn't have a record of the call. I had to return 2 and a hrs later to see Dr. Defalco. It was inconvenient.
