    When I first got to the campus, I went to the wrong building. I was so kindly greeted by a gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) (I hope this is not rude to say, but to maybe clear up who this kind man was, he was in a wheelchair) he happily escorted me all the way to the suite I needed to be at for my appointment. He told me jokes along the way and was just a pleasure to walk with. When I got to my appointment with Lydia, she was amazing. This was my first time seeing her as my provider. She was thorough in her exam. She asked me questions. She made me feel comfortable. She explained everything before doing anything. She made sure all my questions and concerns were answered before leaving. I only really had one small concern, but she was very helpful and told me how to move forward with it if need be. I really loved my experience with Lydia and I will be seeing her again for all my future appointments! Great experience with her

    Monique is great and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all of my questions. I did not give 5 stars because I had to wait 45 minutes to see someone and no doctors ever came and saw me. I had complications with the delivery of my son and just wanted some reassurance from the doctors. Again, Monique was amazing. It was disappointing to have to wait so long and be told the doctor would call me later and never did.
