My experience with the doctor was very good. The only part of the visit I felt was challenging was that when I was 10 minutes late, I was told I would have to reschedule. (Miraculously, someone called and cancelled right then, so I was able to be seen.) I think with a late policy this inflexible, it would be very helpful to over-communicate. Maybe reminder texts and calls could include this policy. Maybe it is posted somewhere, but I was not aware.
