Dr. Sun is a diplomate of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been a member of Shore Area Ob/Gyn for over 20 years. Dr. Sun did his residency at Monmouth Medical Center and is a full attending there. Dr. Sun has earned many awards for the compassionate care he gives his patients for which he is very proud. Dr. Sun is a full attending at Monmouth Medical Center and assistant professor at Drexel Medical School where he is responsible for teaching the medical students and residents. Dr. Sun has held numerous positions on the Monmouth Medical Center board rising to the position of president of the medical staff. Dr. Sun’s area of interest lies in in-office procedures such as hysteroscopies.

When not involved with his medical practice, Dr. Sun loves golfing. He is a very active and involved dad and loves joining his kids in their ice hockey endeavors.

Annual Well Woman Exam

Dr Sun is very professional , reviews my record , physically does system review and assessment; does routine gyne lab test with female assistant in d room; reviews plan of care with patient and always call to notify me of my results from Pap smear ; mammogram to bone density . He’s an excellent Doctor makes me feel I’m on excellent hands with his care I need not worry . I would recommend him to anybody looking for d best care .
