A native of Chennai (Madras), India, Dr. Bani A. Sarma was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. After completing her undergraduate studies and medical school at Temple, she completed her medical training at the Pennsylvania Hospital and Lehigh Valley Medical Center.

Dr. Sarma is well known in the community and is conversant in several Indian languages including Hindi and Telugu. Her natural warmth and dedication makes her very popular with our patients.

Dr Sarma is excellent. She takes her time and explains things and is very thorough in her review. She cares about her patients and walk you through the process from her own exam to what is needed to get the follow up procedures. She promptly follows up and is always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend!!! The office staff is excellent as well. Friendly, caring and responsive.

Gynecological Problem Visit

I have been a patient with the practice for over 20 years and this was my first visit to the Princeton office. It was very calming and everyone was extremely nice. I will be asking to schedule my future appointments in this office. This was also my first time seeing Dr. Sarma and it sure won't be the last. I was nervous about having to switch doctors but I am so glad that I met her. She was understanding, she listened to my questions about what was going on and gave me great recommendations for things that would help. I feel like she will be the answer to getting me back to feeling like myself again.
