Eugene Gamburg

Dr. Eugene Gamburg is experienced at all gynecologic minimally invasive surgeries including the Da Vinci Robotic-Assisted Surgery System. He strives to build strong patient/physician relationships to make every woman feel comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Gamburg’s approach to patient care is based on the understanding that each woman is an individual with different medical needs, values and concerns. He uses collaboration to find the best and most appropriate plan – whether that be surgical or medical management.

Dr. Gamburg is trained and received certification and privileges for the Da Vinci Robotic system in 2011. In addition to GYN robotic surgery, he performs a variety of other minimally invasive gynecologic procedures including regular laparoscopy – ovarian cystectomy, oophorectomy, treatment of ovarian torsion and ectopic pregnancies. He also performs operative hysteroscopic myomectomy and polypectomy. Recently, he also helped to establish an In-Office Hysteroscopy Program for diagnostic procedures, removal of retained IUDs and polypectomy.

Dr. Gamburg graduated from the University of Kentucky Medical School and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. As an American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Fellow, he performs surgeries at Penn Medicine Princeton Health where is a member of the medical staff.
