Frances Schulte, MSN, RNC-OB, APN, joined Morristown OB/GYN after completing her graduate program at Drexel University. She previously worked at Morristown Medical Center where she began her career as a nursing assistant and, upon graduating from Sacred Heart University, became a labor and delivery nurse where she found her passion in the field of women’s health. Frances enjoys educating and caring for women about their specific healthcare needs across all stages of their lifespan, especially young and pregnant women. When she is not in the office, you can find Frances in her kitchen testing new recipes for her family and friends to enjoy.

OB Care

Frances is such an angel. She is kind, takes her time, answers all questions and genuinely cares. It never feels rushed and I feel like I’m in great hands- I trust her feedback and feel like she has such a nice way of explaining things - even the difficult stuff. She is really comforting- and I was there for something very upsetting. She even took the extra step of reassuring me and caring about how I was feeling which was really thoughtful. I hope she gets to read this because I really think she’s awesome.

Gynecological Problem Visit

Frances has the best bedside manner. She is the perfect balance of being direct and to the point, while being kind and reassuring at the same time. All the office staff were very kind and courteous. The office was clean and in a convenient location.

"I was given a prescription but it's not yet known if it will solve the issue. Nurse Frances was very nice and thorough. However the instructions on the Rx differ from what she told me. I wish I had paid closer attention, I did not anticipate this. She has me using Estradiol cream topically, it's intended for vaginal insertion. So I'm not 100% sure of the frequency of usage."
