The floors in the patient room looked dirty. Last time I was there the same thing. I don't think this is satisfactory to patients. You would think every thing would be clean in an examing room.

Demeo was fine. Frankly, he's been really dismissive of my pain and other gynecological problems in the past so I usually go to a gyn in Philadelphia for problem appointments but do my annual with him. I had an immunization administered by a nurse. I asked her "Do people often have side effects after getting this vaccine?" and she replied "That would have been a question for the doctor." lol ok. Office staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly!

Gynecological Problem Visit

I was not greeted by anyone when I came into the waiting room. I checked in on the kiosk and sat down. I waited for quite some time with no acknowledgment that I was there. When I was finally called back, I was put in a room to wait even longer. No one mentioned to expect a wait and there didn’t seem to be any other patients. It just would have been nice to be greeted and informed there would be a wait. once the Dr came into the room, he apologized and the rest of the appt was great. He explained things very thoroughly.

The check in process was very easy to use and understand. I waited only a few minutes before being taken back to exam room. I confirmed why i was there and current meds. The doctor asked if I had any concerns or anything new different. He was quick and efficient, but allowed time if I had any questions.
