I received an email telling me I needed to schedule an annual appt. When I arrived, I was informed that I was 10 days early for my appt. in order for Medicare to cover it. I rescheduled. Upon my second appt. I was informed that Medicare only covers a well visit every 2 years. Needless to say, I wasn't amused as I travel 45 minutes to get there. The providers are top notch. The schedulers are not. More care needs to be taken not to inconvenience patients. The office environment is perfect, clean, tidy and inviting. The CMAs are great. My only issue is the scheduling.
