The office staff was professional and courteous. The nurse who assisted with my vitals was informative and professional. My visit with Dr Falco went well, too. My only complaint is that I waited almost 30 minutes just to enter an exam room. . Once inside the exam room I waited some more. I was in the Sparta office for almost an hour and 15 minutes. If feel the wait time was too long.
