I had an appointment with Kelly and it was changed. When I showed up I was told it was changed and I should of been called. I never received a call, had a missed call, or message from the office. I ask if the date and time was recorded in my file and was told they didn't have a record of the call. I had to return 2 and a hrs later to see Dr. Defalco. It was inconvenient.
