Lynda Sheppard, RNC, APN, trained and practiced as a registered nurse and as a registered midwife in the United Kingdom before immigrating to the United States. After 15 years as a labor and delivery nurse, she completed her advanced practice training to become a Certified Nurse Practitioner in women’s health and joined Morristown OB/GYN in 1996. She enjoys seeing women for their annual visits, especially adolescents, and plays an active role in prenatal education for our obstetric patients. She is married, has three children, and one grandchild.

I have never had a bad experience with Linda Sheppard. She is so easy to talk to, listens to my concerns and never makes me feel awkward. She is a complete professional and easy going at the same time. I have seen other doctors in the practice and will only go to her, unless it was an emergency.

There was a mix up with my appointment time, I was not on the schedule however they squeezed me in anyway. I was seen within 15 minutes and the reception staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. As always, Lynda Sheppard is thorough in her examination and she spends as much time as necessary to address all questions and concerns. I never feel like I am being rushed out the door.
