Dr. Keanchong was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, her family immigrated to the United States when she was two years old and she is fluent in Spanish. Her paternal grandfather was from Chung-Shan, Guangdong Province, China; unfortunately, she never learned his native language.

Dr. Keanchong literally spent 2 minutes with me. I explained how the pap hurt last time. I have extreme dryness from menopause. She could care less. Never gave recommendation for dryness or relief. Never addressed menopause! My sister-in-law went to the nurse practitioner there, and she gave her a prescription for dryness. Recommended some type of relief. Discussed estrogen. The reason I went to Dr. Keanchong is because she is older and would understand and help with menopause concerns. I'm so disappointed!!
