Loud Spanish music in each room. My blood pressure was taken 4 times. Each time the woman said the machine was not working. For some reason, the two women could not figure out how to get the machine to work. I never received my blood pressure reading.

I have been seeing Melissa Prior for my annual female exams since s/p hysterectomy. So far, I have had no issues. Anything I had to address in the past was done in a timely manner with the office crew. Also, FYI Dr Keanchong and Melissa Prior's new office location is also very convenient.
