Dr. Tal graduated summa cum laude from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received his MD degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, NY (Yeshiva University.) He completed his training in OB/GYN in Manhattan, NY with elective training in infertility at Columbia Presbyterian. Dr. Tal is board certified in Ob/Gyn and accredited in ultrasound by the AIUM.

Dr. Tal moved to the Jersey Shore area to open his Ob/Gyn practice 41 years ago and has offices in Lakewood and Ocean Township. He continues to stay at the forefront of skill and knowledge. He maintains a low cesarean section rate and high natural birth rates by patiently and carefully supervising labor and encouraging natural birth after cesarean sections. When Dr. Tal is not working in the office, operating room, or delivering babies, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Tal & DR Roman for over 10 years!!! They have delivered 2 children so far and I am currently pregnant with twins. They’re more like family to me and I appreciate what they have done for me and how they truly care about my well being I highly recommend them the stuff is amazing and always Respectful I love them and am blessed to have them apart of my life. I have been using Dr. Tal as my OBGYN for 20 years. I am always extremely satisfied with his care and expertise. Dr. Roman is also terrific and I am extremely grateful for everything they do for me. The whole office atmosphere is friendly, warm and caring and they treat you like family. Dr Tal and Dr Roman always take the time to address my concerns and answer all my questions.
