I think check in could be improved. Currently, employees are yelling patients’ names to come up to the waiting room desk. And yelling out names to go back to the office. It’s such a large waiting room They either need to get up and walk out or just yell as loud as they can. After a long day, and having aspergers, loud voices hurt my ears. And being yelled at just feels inconsiderate. I suggest installing a microphone to call the cattle. Or require employees to walk into the waiting room to call patients, as civilized people do. Other than that excellent staff and experience overall. Only other issue was the gynecological chair was torn. Needs to be replaced.
