Dr. Chavez joined All About Women in 2011. She is originally from El Paso, Texas, is married, and has two children. She received her BS and MD degrees from the University of Connecticut. She completed her residency at Christiana Care, where she served as the administrative chief resident in her final year. Dr. Chavez is board certified and an ACOG fellow. She serves on Christiana’s Peer Review and Credentialing Committee.

I always feel like everyone was willing to answer any and all questions, staff is pleasant in the office, nurses are patient and doctors are attentive, especially Dr. Chavez. I am such a fan of this practice, and it’s a drastic improvement from my last OB. This pregnancy was just smoother than my first pregnancy, and a lot of that had to do with my experience at All About Women.
