My visit was this past Wednesday; I called the office yesterday to ask if the prescription had been submitted (it had not); I was assured that the prescription would be submitted yesterday; today is Friday and the pharmacy just informed me that the prescription has not been received. Of course, today the office is closed until next Monday, meaning I needed to follow up again today by leaving a message. I am traveling out of town on Monday and will be gone for 5 weeks, meaning I now need to follow up AGAIN to see if the prescription can instead by fulfilled at a pharmacy near my destination.
