I felt that Dr. G. was not as receptive to what I had to say. Meaning, her responses were by the book and not empathetic and hard to connect on a personal level with her. She made me feel like a teenager when questioning me about getting STD tested or if my partner was STD tested and especially when having questions about the timing of taking my birth control pill. I will not be coming back as I felt worse leaving. This never happened with Dr. Frye.

Dr. Grimes is an amazing doctor- very knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions, and has one of the best bed side manners I have come across ever. She truly cares about her patients. I first met Dr. Grimes when she performed my unplanned c-section about 2 years ago. She did an excellent job and was so supportive/respectful. Any patient would be lucky to be under Dr. Grimes' care- definitely one of the very best.

I like the physician, but she's overworked, my am apptment started an hour late, and she tried to get me to opt out of almost the entire exam. "If you don't think anything is wrong, we don't need to do this this visit" asked about perimenopausal symptoms. Histamine response for PMS (Hives, GERD, edema, stomatitis) not in notes- I've already put a lot of money in investigating things individually until I realized it was linked to my cycle, so referring me to a dermatologist, allergist or rheum was less than helpful.i like Dr Grimes and I've had helpful visits in the past, but clearly she's overwhelmed.

This was my first visit since Dr frys left the practice. I was alittle nervous because I had been seeing her since high school. Dr grimes made me feel very comfortable during the entire appointment. She did not rush with discussing my concerns and was very thorough in her responses. I felt like I was heard during the visit. I was deciding whether or not wanting to change practices prior to my most recent visit, and I believe I will stay because I liked Dr Grimes very much. Thank you!

I was sent a text to pre-register and I didn't finish it because I was afraid of choosing the wrong insurance policy from the list. When I got to the office 5 minutes early, I had to go through a registration process through my phone. The phone prompted me to go through my health history. 20 minutes later, I'm still scrolling through page after page of health history questions and very irritated because I showed up early to my appointment that I was now 20 minutes late for. I went to the receptionist who told me just to close out of the health history. She was nice about it, but I was still very irritated. I hate being late for appointments. Ugh. The rest of my visit was typical of All Women's in that everyone was kind and courteous. I had to wait for quite a while in the patient room, probably because I got out of the queue by inputting health history info for 20 minutes. Dr. Grimes was very thorough in our follow-up discussion about how my medications are working. She took her time and allowed me plenty of time to ask my questions. She's wonderful.
