Sarah is absolutely incredible. She is warm, kind, listens, and I never feel rushed. I will keep seeing her as long as she is with this practice. However, there were some communication inconsistencies during my recent visit. -Pre-appointment communication: I had already completed the online paperwork and confirmed the appointment via text and email. However, I received additional confirmations and requests to complete the forms again, which caused confusion. Additionally, the phone confirmation call a week prior lacked clarity. The representative didn't mention the appointment date initially, and their uncertainty regarding the purpose of the call was concerning. -In-office experience: Upon arrival, I encountered further paperwork and a notice that wasn't entirely clear. The use of handwritten corrections on kiosk signs with Sharpie created an unprofessional impression. Furthermore, the promotional materials displayed in the waiting area have shifted significantly. Previously, there were resources and samples for new parents, but these have been replaced with advertisements for cosmetic procedures. This shift in focus feels offputting.
