Gynecological Problem Visit

My overall satisfaction with the APN is 5 stars. She was professional, thorough, and compassionate. However, the front desk staff are unprofessional. My appointment was at 12:30pm. I was not seen until almost 3pm. The receptionist put another patient in front of me which delayed my appointment. Please keep in mind, my appointment time was before this patient and I arrived prior to this patient. My time is valuable and it is very unfortunate that I have to wait over two hours to seek care. The office needs to review their scheduling procedures and stop overbooking patients.
