I was dissatisfied because my appointment was for 3:00pm and I didn't get seen till 4pm for something that took about 15 minutes. I love Dr. Rama she is awesome doctor. But I don't think I or anyone should wait an hour after set appointment.

The doctor took her sweet time to see her patients when I was waiting for over 2 hours. More and more patients started to come and we were all waiting for her. Highly unprofessional and the staff is horrible. They don’t acknowledge you when you come. Dr. Rama needs to wake up and see her patients on time. If an appointment is at 9:00 am, I expect a doctor to be in the office so I can get checked on time- not wait until 1 PM. She needs to go back to school to learn how to read a clock cause she has no time management skills.
