After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Sbar earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She completed her residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and then spent several years at a busy practice just outside of Philadelphia. Having been born in Hong Kong, China, Dr. Sbar is fluent in Cantonese and she has also spent two years living in London allowing her to bring worldly experience and perspective to her OB/GYN practice. When Dr. Sbar isn’t in the office she enjoys relaxing and spending time with her three sons and husband. She is full of energy and is sure to put you at ease during your exam.

Dr Sbar always exceeds my expectations of having a thorough and positive experience with my annual exam. I am always greeted promptly when I enter the office and my information and chart is always updated immediately. They are always on schedule and give me an explicit directions when I enter the exam room. The doctor is always thorough and pleasant. Upon my departure, I am always told exactly what the procedures would be for my follow up if needed.

I didn’t have an appointment the morning I called. Dr. Sbar fit me in that afternoon. I got my test results a few days later as she said I would. She is always thorough and explains treatment. I am very glad she is my doctor.
